When you bought your first home, it was a great feeling. It felt perfect when you first moved in, but as time passes, your home needs can change. Starting a family, changing jobs, or even getting that promotion often inspires families to dream of a bigger home.

If you want to move up to a larger home, it is important to consider many different things. One of the biggest factors (outside of affordability) is understanding where you want to live and what you’re really looking for in a neighborhood. Of course the commute and schools will matter, too.
