Coming Soon! The Last Phase of Development in Founders Pointe

East West Communities is completing the development of the last cul-de-sac (Stonebridge Court) in Founders Pointe, which will bring the total number of homesites to 319 for this award winning community which began in 2005. The 9 lots on Stonebridge Court range in size from 15,009 square feet to 20,184 square feet (.34 to .46 acre), and back up to the pond surrounding the Founders Pointe Residents’ Club and pool area. There will be a walking path connection from the Stonebridge Court sidewalk to the asphalt path that surrounds the pond, leading residents to the club amenities and to Ships Landing, where the Community Pier is located.

Sasser Construction has contracted for three of the lots and plans to build a modern farmhouse style model home and a model for sale. Three homes are already sold. These spacious homesites are currently being offered to the featured builders of Founders Pointe, and are priced from $107,500 and $115,000. (Prices and availability are subject to change)

These larger interior homesites are adjacent to the Richmond Way cul-de-sac where the Parade of Homes event was held last fall. Several homesites offer lot widths from 93′ to 107′, and lot depths of 150′ to 162′. The plat should be recorded sometime this fall and builders should be started new models by the end of October.

A limited number of homesites also remain on the Alexandria Way and Tyler Court cul-de-sacs (priced from $90,000 to $99,500), with most lots offering widths of 80′ to 90′. Currently 11 new homes are under construction in the waterfront community with 5 of the homes already sold. Three of the six models are planned to be staged models for sale.
