The doors are now open to the community’s brand new $2 million Residents’ Club. This impressive recreational facility features a coastal cottage-style clubhouse and a 4,000 sq. ft. resort-style pool with a 112′ waterslide, that will bring a smile to young and old alike.

The Clubhouse is designed to be multifunctional, providing spaces for adult social gatherings, family activities, club meetings, teen events, yoga classes, birthday parties, and more.

Adjacent to the Residents’ Club is a sand volleball court, picnic area with outdoor grill, playground, and walking/jogging trails that lead to a waterfront observation pier overlooking Batten Bay and the James River.
