If you’re planning to attend the PHBA Parade of Homes event at Founders Pointe (which runs Oct. 1 – 16th), be prepared to experience more than a luxury home show with spectacular home furnishings and the latest in design ideas & technology. One Street ~ 8 Showcase Homes Open For Tour October 1 – 16.

The 2016 Peninsula Housing & Builders Association’s Parade of Homes features 8 showcase model homes on the new Richmond Way lakefront cul-de-sac in Founders Pointe! The 8 designer furnished homes – all on one street in Founders Pointe – feature exciting new floor plans, innovative special features, and popular new home trends. Tickets will be sold online starting September 1, 2016. Some proceeds from the event will benefit Roc Solid Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.

The Parade models feature something for everyone–Coastal and Craftsman Cottage style homes to classic traditionals, main floor living homes to one with a finished third level. They range in size from 2,700 to over 4,000 square feet of living area with prices ranging from the upper $400,000’s to over $700,000.
