This is your chance! The Peninsula Housing and Builders Association has announced its selection for the 2016 Fall Parade of Homes event- Founders Pointe, a waterfront community of custom homes located in Isle of Wight County, near the historic town of Smithfield.
The Builders’ Lot Draw will be held at the Founders Pointe Residents’ Club on Wednesday, March 2nd at 2 pm. Participating homebuilders will select one of the eleven lots on the new Richmond Way cul-de-sac which backs up to the lake and adjacent to the community nature trail which leads residents Batten Bay and the community pier. Several builders already have homebuyers who will be able to customize the home plan and be involved in the home selections.
The 2016 Parade of Homes will feature the perfect ‘Street of Dreams’, where prospective homebuyers can see the latest trends and superior quality finishes popular in today’s new homes. Homebuyers looking to achieve the ultimate dream home can get involved now. Eleven spacious homesites, minimum 15,000 square feet, make up the Parade street and overlooks the lake, the resort style club and pool area, and offers a park-like setting. There’s also a walking path connection at the end of the court to access the the community trail. Parade Builder lot prices range from $105,000 to $115,000. The Parade models will be started in April with a home show over an eleven day period in October.
